I didn't have any formal training or schooling before entering the world of radio in 2007, but I've always had a passion for radio and music.  I loved calling my local radio stations hoping they would play requests and I enjoyed taking part in their contests and promotions.

That said, when we purchased our three stations we decided to run them with an "old school" mentality.  Listeners can hear their requests.  Content stays local.  Jocks will have their own personalities.  Promotions and games that are fun.  Give back to the communities we serve.  Listeners and advertisers can have input on content we air.  We sure aren't perfect here, but we do try to have fun.

Radio should be fun.  It's our number one goal.

I graduated from Glencoe High School and attended college at Moorhead State University and also Southwest State University

I enjoy watching documentaries on television...or just a show where I can learn something.

Guilty pleasure:  The Voice on NBC

I enjoy watching sports, especially youth sports.  I am active as a coach, member (PDDGER) of The B.P.O. Elks, member of the Kandiyohi County Safe Communities Coalition, and various other groups.

Two things I would like to accomplish as bucket list items:  I'd like to fly an airplane.  I'd also like to attend a game at Yankee Stadium.
